Holger Weis has over twenty years of experience as a financial management executive. His most recent experience was with GMP Companies, Inc. as Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer from 2000 to 2005. GMP Companies and its subsidiaries acquire, develop and commercialize innovative pharmaceutical, diagnostic and medical device technologies. Prior to that, Holger was a Senior Manager at Ernst & Young LLP in Atlanta, Georgia in the audit and assurance advisory group.  Part of his 14 years at Ernst & Young, Holger was based in Duesseldorf, Germany from 1991 to 1994 working with American, British and French multinational companies.

Holger has a BBA in Accounting from the University of Georgia and is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in Florida and Georgia.  He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and Financial Executives International.  Holger is also a board member of the Broward County Public Library Foundation.
