The Rusk Institute of Rehabilitation Medicine is a fundamental part of New York University Medical Center, and is the world’s first facility dedicated exclusively to rehabilitation medicine. The Rusk Institute is the largest university-affiliated center for the treatment of adults and children with disabilities, as well as for research and training in rehabilitation medicine.
As part of their comprehensive rehabilitation services, the Rusk Institute is now offering Vision Restoration Therapy to stroke and traumatic brain injury patients who suffer from vision loss.
