A stroke patient being treated with Vision Restoration Therapy for vision loss at New Jersey Neuroscience Institute at JFK Medical Center reports that her vision and quality of life have improved since performing the therapy.
Dr. Michael Rosenberg, neuro-ophthalmologist at New Jersey Neuroscience Institute comments that previously there were only ways to help stroke patients with vision loss adapt to their problem, and VRT actually addresses the problem.
