Patient initiated NovaVision VRT 17 years after lesion.- Patient is 42-year-old female.
- Status MVA (restrained passenger) with trauma (contra coup) to the right hemisphere.
- Lesion occurred: November 1985.
- Resultant complete, left homonymous, hemianopsia.
- Was able to fulfill primary treatment goal: I can drive again!
- Reports improvement in reading and watching television.
