Patient initiated NovaVision VRT January 15, 2003.

• Patient is 54-year-old female.
• Right posterior and middle infarction
• Lesion occurred: August 1999.
• Resultant partial left homonymous hemianopsia.

Subjective improvements after initial ten months of therapy:

• Improved quality of life.
• Patient reports seeing to the left side as a passenger and to seeing approaching vehicles while in the car.
• Reports an increase in independence and concentration.
