Patient initiated NovaVision VRT January 15, 2003.
- Patient is 54-year-old female.
- Right posterior and middle infarction
- Lesion occurred: August 1999.
- Resultant partial left homonymous hemianopsia.
Subjective improvements after initial ten months of therapy:
- Improved quality of life.
- Patient reports seeing to the left side as a passenger and to seeing approaching vehicles while in the car.
- Reports an increase in independence and concentration.
